All domestic orders ship via United States Postal Service. We offer First Class and Priority shipping at a flat fee of $3.99 and $10.00 respectively. All orders over $150.00 ship free via Priority Mail. Once your order is packed up and a shipping label is created you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info.
We do not currently offer international shipping. If you are not located in the USA and would like to place an order please contact us at: email@example.com and we will try to accommodate your request.
HOW LONG UNTIL MY ORDER SHIPS?

DO YOU OFFER DISCREET PACKAGING?
All packages are shipped in unmarked brown mailers/boxes or standard USPS Priority boxes with a return address of EOS.
WILL MY ORDER REQUIRE A SIGNATURE?
Maybe... If you have ordered before and we have already confirmed you are of legal age, a signature will not be required. If you have not ordered before and we can not confirm that you are of legal age (21+) then your first order will require an adult signature.
EOS believes in prompt and courteous customer service. In the rare event that an order has a damaged/defective product(s) the customer is required to report the damage within 72 hours of the receipt of the merchandise. To report your claim, please call 503-465-8700 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. A customer service representative will provide instructions and handle your claim. This may require returning the defective/damaged product. If a return is required we will provide a return label at no charge. If a return is not required we may ask that you email a picture of the product. Once the claim is received and the defective/damaged product is inspected and verified, you will receive either a refund or replacement for said item(s).
EOS is not responsible for cost of reshipment due to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If a package is returned to us because the address was entered incorrectly we will contact you and send an invoice for reshipment cost.
EOS will honor any lost or never received order with proper documentation of non delivery and confirmed receipt of sale. This is covered by insurance that is placed on every order.
**If a damaged delivery is not reported within 72 hours of the receipt of the merchandise we will not be able to honor any claim.
**Once a product has been used EOS can not replace or exchange the merchandise.
