**EOS is not responsible for the cost of reshipment due to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If a package is returned to us because the address was entered incorrectly, we will contact you and send an invoice for reshipment cost. Please proofread your address. Thank you.

Domestic Orders

All domestic orders ship via United States Postal Service within 1-3 business days. We offer Ground Advantage (Formerly First Class) and Priority shipping at a flat fee of $5.49 and $14.00 respectively. All orders over $150.00 ship free via Priority Mail. Once your order is packed up and a shipping label is created you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info.

These are USPS delivery estimates once they have your package: Advantage Ground: 1-5 business days. Priority: 1-3 business days. Please note that these are estimates and delivery may take longer. We are Located in Portland, Oregon.

All packages are shipped in unmarked brown mailers/boxes with a return address of EOS.

WILL MY ORDER REQUIRE A SIGNATURE?

Maybe... If you have ordered before and we have already confirmed you are of legal age, a signature will not be required. If you have not ordered before and we cannot confirm that you are of legal age (21+) then your first order will require an adult signature.

**EOS will honor any lost or never received order with proper documentation of non-delivery and confirmed receipt of sale. This is covered by insurance that is placed on every order.

Returns/Refunds

Return/Refund Policy:

EOS believes in prompt and courteous customer service. In the rare event that an order has a damaged/defective product(s) the customer is required to report the damage within 72 hours of the receipt of the merchandise. To report your claim, please call (503)457-3270 or email info@monkeypipe.com

A customer service representative will provide instructions and handle your claim. This may require returning the defective/damaged product. If a return is required we will provide a return label at no charge. If a return is not required we may ask that you email a picture of the product. Once the claim is received and the defective/damaged product is inspected and verified, you will receive either a refund or replacement for said item(s).

**If a damaged delivery is not reported within 72 hours of the receipt of the merchandise we will not be able to honor any claim.

**Once a product has been used EOS can not replace or exchange the merchandise.

My new main pipe

"TLDR it's a very nice pipe and worth the price. The Rocket Pipe is very well designed. Slim and pocket sized, yet very functional. I love the sliding bowl cover. It has become my every day pipe. I think it is well worth the price. It was delivered quick with a cloth bag and extra screen. I would like to see maybe a limited version that has a wood finish like the traditional Monkey Pipe. I keep a small paper clip in the storage compartment but haven't needed it yet as it takes a while to clog up. It seems very easy to clean by removing the silicon band."
